To book your party, please complete
this form and return it to Cravings. The booking is
not confirmed until a manager from Cravings acknowledges the receipt of this completed form by fax or email. Otherwise, the management reserves the right to allocate the space to another client. A deposit of $250.00 is required to book any banquet. This deposit is applied to the cost of the banquet during the final bill settlement.
Booking requiring "Exclusive Use" of the dining room will be subject to a minimum amount spent. Full payment less deposit given is due immediately after the event.
A guaranteed number of guests is required 72 hours prior to the event. This guaranteed number will be charged regardless of no-shows. We will attempt to accomodate minor increases in number at a per person cost basis.
Cancellation within two weeks are charged 100% of the deposit amount.
